Located in the Binh Luc District, the Vi Ha Hamlet Kindergarten provides pre-school education services.
Due to limited funding, the kindergarten was in a state of disrepair. This was impacting the number of children it could accommodate. The SMEC Foundation donated $16,750 to renovate the kindergarten, including a new classroom, kitchen, dining area, toilets and water and sanitation systems.
