SMEC recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Georgian Energy Development Fund to advance the country’s renewable power sector. Established by the national government in 2010, Georgia’s Energy Development Fund is a joint-stock company that promotes early investment in nationally significant clean energy projects.

Continuing our legacy of designing, engineering, and managing critical infrastructure in Pakistan, SMEC has recently been engaged as lead firm in a joint venture with Temelsu, to implement two hydropower plants in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region.
